What is Postponement ?
When an offering that was initially scheduled to be priced on a certain date is delayed to a later date, it is referred to as a “postponement.” This delay may happen when market conditions pose a risk to the success of the offering. In extreme cases of highly unfavorable market conditions, the offering may even be canceled altogether.
