What is Fixed Price ?
When a company decides to go public (IPO), it can choose between two methods: Fixed Price and Book Building.
In the Fixed Price method, the company discloses the exact price at which it will sell its shares to the public before the IPO launch. So investors already know the price in advance and can decide whether to invest at that set price or not.
